Get in shape, relieve stress, learn self-defense

This circuit training class was designed for men and women of all fitness levels by a former professional fighter and certified boxing instructor. Each class offers a cardiovascular workout, muscle toning and self-defense training.

We'll take you through a day in the life of the boxer, complete with warm-up, shadow boxing, rope skipping, combination drills, bag work, push-ups, and abdominal work.
