POSITION: FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
COMPENSATION: The actual amount of your compensation will be negotiated & determined by the Service Desk Supervisor and/or the President.
SCHEDULE: Position requires a flexible work schedule, some evenings and weekends.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Front Desk Attendant is the center for customer service, fitness & wellness programs and services information. The Front Desk Attendant provides immediate, efficient, and friendly customer service in person or over the phone. This position is also responsible for general maintenance and cleaning of the reception, member lounge, and various other areas. The Front Desk Attendant is essential to the promotion and information sharing of all club programs and services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate has previous experience in the service industry or customer service relations. This position requires the candidate to demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, coordination of multiple activities, and conflict resolution.
