POSITION: Membership Sales Representative
COMPENSATION: Negotiated and determined by the President.
SCHEDULE:This position requires a flexible schedule; you must be willing to work evenings during the week and days during the weekend. Schedule is to be determined with the President
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Membership Sales Representative is responsible for providing immediate, efficient, and friendly customer service in person and over the phone. As a Membership Rep. you are responsible for the promotion of a friendly and professional center image; Knowledge of all operations of the facility; Responsibility forthe entire center operation; resolution of any customer complaints, questions, or needs. As Membership Rep. you also assume the position of Manager-On-Duty (MOD).
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in the sales, marketing, and service industry or customer service relations is preferred. Requires effective communication, interpersonal, coordination, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. CPR and First Aid Certification Required.
