POSITION: Membership Sales Representative
COMPENSATION: Negotiated and determined by the President.

This position requires a flexible schedule; you must be willing to work evenings during the week and days during the weekend. Schedule is to be determined with the President
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Membership Sales Representative is responsible for providing immediate, efficient, and friendly customer service in person and over the phone. As a Membership Rep. you are responsible for the promotion of a friendly and professional center image; Knowledge of all operations of the facility; Responsibility forthe entire center operation; resolution of any customer complaints, questions, or needs. As Membership Rep. you also assume the position of Manager-On-Duty (MOD).
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in the sales, marketing, and service industry or customer service relations is preferred. Requires effective communication, interpersonal, coordination, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. CPR and First Aid Certification Required.
