To help you get started, each new member receives a FREE personal fitness orientation, including an explanation and demonstration of basic exercise principles and a quick, safe, and effective exercise program.

What happens if my Key Card Access doesn't work?
If for some reason, your Key Card Access doesn't work, please call during regular staffed business hours to speak with someone in membership. Reason why access could be denied (outstanding or declined monthly dues, credit card expiration date etc).
