Adult Training Performance @ BAC

This Program focuses on Mobility, Flexibility, and Functionality of the human body. You will learn how to move like an athlete and progress at your own pace. Power-lifting, foam rolling, core stability,are all topics which will be covered. Proper form and movement of the human body is essential to make your body the machine it was created to be. This will be tailored to each athlete whether a beginner or advanced.
