Alex Johnson, Pro Trainer

After Graduating from Plymouth State University, where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, I began my career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in Wilmington, MA. I spent three yearsas the Head Performance Coach working with clients and designing programs which included youth performance, adult fitness, and sports specific training. From there I worked at Western Carolina University as a Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, where I trained Division I male and female athletes in a variety of sports. I became certified through USA Weightlifting (USAW) as a Sports Performance Coach to better understand how to safely teach and progress my clients in Olympic lifts. Over the last four years I have also had tremendous success as a Personal Trainer working with clients looking to lose weight and improve their overall health. As a trainer I take a lot of pride in knowing that I can build a program to suit your specific needs, whether they are sport specific or a more general focus on overall fitness.

Chris MeoliPro Trainer

I am American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and I LOVE what I do! I have been helping people change their lives for over 15 years through personal training. I specialize in all levels of personal training from those just starting out with an exercise program to athletes looking to take their training to the next level. Sport specific training, weight training, cardio improvement, weight loss, Boot Camp style training, and Kick Boxing/Boxing workouts. These are all different styles and ways I can help you overcome plateaus and make your workouts fun/enjoyable.

My philosophy is that fitness can fit into any life style and any schedule. Nobody needs to spend countless hours in the gym or ever be bored with the same work out, no matter what your goals are. You get what you put into it and it is my job to make sure I get everything out of you. Why wouldn’t anyone want to burn twice as many calories in half the amount of time, Let me show you how!

Nancy Broughton, Elite Trainer

I have worked in the health care industry since the age of 19 as a social worker, nutrition director, group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I specialize in Women's and Senior fitness, small group training, core conditioning, muscle imbalances, weight loss and balance & flexibility. Senior fitness, however, is my passion. I find it extremely rewarding helping individuals remain independent by improving strength, balance and confidence. I believe anyone can improve their muscular strength and endurance with a little determination and education.

Justin Cammarata, Elite Trainer & Membership Consultant

I started working in the Health and Wellness Industry in 2004 and immediately fell in love with it. Heading into high school I began training to help give myself confidence off the field and improve my performance on it. That was and still is my motivation for staying healthy to this day. I am currently certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.

I believe that having goals keeps you motivated and on the right track. Whether those goals are sport specific or overall well-being I look forward to helping you reach them. I believe sports conditioning can improve even the non-athletes life and I enjoy taking “I can’t” out of your vocabulary. Keeping a strong core along with exceptional balance are keys to living a long functional life and that is why you will see me in a plank position or on one leg while training.

Michael Donnellan, Elite Trainer & Membership Consultant

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM. He has worked with a wide range of clients including male and female, child to senior citizen, and rehab patient to collegiate athlete. His athletic background stems from high school where he was the captain of both soccer and the track&field teams. He will work closely to help each individual achieve their goals.

Exercise Type, Exercise Order, Volume, Rest Time, and Intensity are the training variables I live by. It is my philosophy to alter the variables of each exercise session in that order to gain the most out of clients and myself. I work hard to inspire motivation in others, and enjoy bringing out the passion for exercise in everyone.

Brandon LaVack, Elite Trainer & Membership Consultant

At Gouverneur Central in New York State, where I was a 3 sport athlete: Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field, I set 3 school records: Indoor 4x200, 4x400, and 4x800 relays, along with being ranked top 3 all-time in a couple other events. I went to St. Lawrence University, where I majored in Psychology and continued running at the Division 3 level. I love to work with all types of people. My main specialty would be individuals looking to improve on their cardiovascular conditioning, as I have 18 years of experience with running. I also enjoy working with individuals looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just improve their overall health.

Training sessions need to be challenging, but scaled depending on your current fitness level. I want all my clients to get the results they are looking for their in a timely manner. I don't believe in doing the same workout every time; constantly changing workouts keeps the muscles guessing and the workouts always fresh and enjoyable. My passion for fitness and my motivation/dedication towards reaching goals shows while working with clients. I do what it takes to keep your motivation level at an all-time high. Together we can reach your goal!
