S.L.I.M.

Strong Ladies In Motion S.L.I.M is an exciting program at the BAC for womenonly. Workout in small groups of up to 4 women at a time in our new private woman's studio. Workouts consist of 30 min total body strength training using machines, free weights, kettlebells, trx, body weight exercises and more. The second half consists of 25 minutes of cardio using treadmills, ellipiticals or recumbent bikes. This is a 12 week program with an option to come two or three times a week.
