Well, Well, Well. Where do I start about Group Ride? My experience is a bit awkward in as much as I'm a cycling enthusiast, wasn't so much a spinner, [hate dark rooms and strobe lights, I mean really folks the 70's are over] However, our convincing fitness director Kiki, promised me that Group Ride would be different. I decided to put my trepidations aside and go for it!!!!
From simply a health and fitness stand point, I have transformed my athleticism to a stratum I never dreamed would be possible. Group Ride training has brought optimal results to my outside ride, the sprints, hill climbing, different terrains, it's amazing how one minute you're high in the Alps and the next you're hanging on to the back of a peloton just cruising,
and all this to an amazing soundtrack to pump your adrenalin to help you through it. I mixed this (Group Ride) with the BAC's online nutrition program called "Vitabot" and lost nearly 20 pounds of unwanted adipose in just 2 short months. I actually had to begin some personal training mixed with Group Power (of course) to put on some lean muscle.

I've spent a considerable amount of time with other Group Ride instructors, and if I may brag a bit, we have the best team bar none. These guys (and ladies) have spent an exceedingly amount of time evaluating, analyzing, and scrutinizing each other, so we can be the best team possible, Oh, and all of this is to make sure that the BAC members get all the thrills and chills that Group Ride has to offer. Please don't worry or fret that the music or programming will bore you, or that you will tire of it. Much like Group Power, we have quarterly releases and also have the ability to mix and match our programming with bonus releases. Believe me you're going to love it!!!

As Group Ride gets more and more imminent upon us, please ask questions, communicate with Group Ride instructors, and most of all get to a Group Ride class, and see the difference for yourself. I promise that it will be the missing link in your work out regime.
