Our Total-Body Philosophy Begins with You

Our exclusive three-phase training system, taught by nationally-certified trainers, is an integrated mind and muscle technique that combines strength, flexibility, balance and coordination for never before seen results.

What Will Our Trainers Do With You?

One of our Certified Personal Trainers will take you through the three phases of training. When the phases are completed, you'll return to phase one- but at an advanced level. You'll continue to go through the phases, but at higher levels, so results continue steadily. Our trainers will help you attain maximum fitness.

Phase I: Conditioning
Decrease body fat while increasing strength and flexibility.

Phase II: Balance and Coordination
Continued fat loss and ever-increasing strength.

Phase III: Advanced Training
Building on phases one and two, working at a personalized level of fitness.

Our trainers use functional and core conditioning techniques so that you will receive the best in total body conditioning especially the core area of the body (low back, hips, and abs).

Personal training is for all fitness levels.
